Just because one does
sit-ups, crunches and other slenderizing tummy exercises, it
does not mean a flat stomach is inevitable. Since exercise alone
will not melt away layers upon layers of fat, dietary modifications
are necessary. For instance, you can build muscle underneath
fat, but if they're always going to be shrouded by fat and muscle
development is futile.
Basically,
a burgeoning belly can be genetic. But According to Dr. Mallika
Marshall of the Early Show, there's a list of five foods that
may help tone down a blossoming waistline. A flat stomach
requires cutting back on caloric intake; particularly foods
abundant in saturated fat. Try these foods on for a healthier,
trimmer tummy:
Apples.
The clinical trials of a study on apples showed that overweight
females who consumed three apples or pears on a daily basis
for three months outperformed female participants, who followed
a similar diet but snacked on oat cookie. Because apples are
loaded with tons of water and fiber, they make the body feel
satiated. As a result, an apple or tow a day may fast-forward
your weight loss.

Yogurts.
The rich combination of calcium and protein is considered
beneficial for losing weight and keeping the digestive system
functioning at peak performance. As a result, constipation,
gassiness, and bloating are less likely.
Eggs.
Eggs are an excellent source of protein because research trials
show that people who eat eggs early in the day opposed to
food high in carbohydrates is less apt to snack throughout
the day. Remember to decrease fat and cholesterol intake by
using the egg whites in food preparation and avoiding any
butter with trans fat.
